Process

Every painting, every story, begins with a vision during my transitional phase of wakefulness and sleep.

 

By experimenting and improvising with different materials, my theme becomes clear and the story is revealed, different to each viewer.

Studio

My studio located in Biel, in the canton of Bern in Switzerland, is the place where the various stories come to life in my artworks.

About Danila

Born in Germany to Italian parents, I have traveled extensively, living in various countries across the world. My time spent exploring the globe has given me an international perspective. Today, I reside in Switzerland where my work is showcased at exhibitions.
